I agree with the comments. I just switched to TOS from Tradestation. The community around TOS is fantastic for folks trying to find the groove. The customer support has been great so far. We have got to get TOS to recreate "The Matrix" that Tradestation has though. That is the most intuitive trading tool I have ever seen. That's the one thing holding me back from TOS. I need my dom ladder to trade effectively, it's just so easy.
Now TS "matrix" was supposed to be very buggy and that was blamed for many bad fills. Not sure how true that was though.
