Default Bar chart for Minute

I know the Bar chart for Day shows Closing Price, Open Price, High, Low but what exactly do they show if you monitor the ticks minute by minute? It can't be the closing and opening.

Tick charts monitor the open close high and low of the number of ticks you put in. So if you set 144 tick every 144 ticks the candle closes.
