Default CHFI

CHFI is a Chinese/American based company that invests in Chinese companies in return for stock options. Listed are some of their current companies that they have stock in, all of them being up this quarter.

China Organic Agriculture, Inc. - 1,729,273
$2,178,883.98
Gulf Resources, Inc. - 3,339,000
$7,112,070
Home System Group - 480,000
$1,377,600
Jade Art Group, Inc. - 4,340,700
$1,909,908

The also have loans set to two different Chinese companies that I could not find searching on the internet, while searching in English.

Another similar stock is RODM which engages in the same type of business practices. Below is a chart comparing the two stocks...

RODM: Basic Chart for Rodman & Renshaw Capital Group, - Yahoo! Finance

Target price is 4.00 but I am thinking about shorting and buying back in whenever it hits major resistance.

Volume is up past a million btw, which is aprx. 100x the normal trading volume for the past three months.

Looks like it has some momo. I am always afraid to buy in after something has moved that far though. Many of the times I end up kicking myself.

You in this one?

I remember contemplating getting in this when it started to break out of that tight range around .25 not too long ago. I think this has topped for now, I'd be surprised if it doesn't have a considerable correction soon, at the bear minimum a test of the 200 MA for support, but I think it's going to need more.

Not sure if the correction was today, but it had a nice bounce back at the end.

I'm keeping my finger on the trigger (7700 of my shares are freed up tomorrow to trade) so I can short most of it if worst comes to worse.

Volume is still increasing on this one I think mid to high $1 before any correction sets in. When it does correct it will be brutal and fast though.
